Role & Responsibilities
Recruitment
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned roles: sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordinating interviews, and supporting offer roll-out, in coordination with the Senior HR Team.
Post jobs and source candidates through Job Portals (Naukri / Naukri Resdex etc.), LinkedIn, Employee referrals, and internal databases; build and maintain healthy talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Use Boolean search and advanced search logic to identify and shortlist relevant profiles efficiently across niche skill sets.
Screen applications and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate fit against role requirements and team expectations.
Brief candidates about the company, role, responsibilities, salary etc.
Schedule assessments and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers; ensure timely communication, feedback collection and sharing, and a smooth experience throughout the process for both candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment trackers, candidate records, and MIS; share regular status updates with stakeholders.
Support Employer branding and recruitment-marketing initiatives to attract quality talent, particularly within Clinical Research, Pharma, Biotech and Life Sciences domains.
Onboarding
Prepare Offer Letters and Appointment Letters
Coordinate pre-onboarding and joining formalities: documentation collection, background verification, and timely completion of new-joiner paperwork.
Support a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including HR Induction, company policy orientation, and coordination of New Joiner Training Induction (via the Operations Team).
Maintain onboarding trackers and ensure new-joiner records are accurately captured and updated in HR systems.
Partner with Operations Managers, IT and the HR Team to ensure new joiners have the access, information, and clarity needed to settle in and ramp up quickly.
Conduct early new-joiner connects to gather feedback, address initial concerns, and help reduce early attrition.
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Social Work, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field
1 to 2 years of recruitment experience
Experience in Clinical Research, Pharma, Biotech or Life Sciences hiring would be highly desirable
Strong understanding of Boolean search and search logic for sourcing and shortlisting candidates
Advanced Excel Skills
Proficient with job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn)
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRMS
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and coordinate with stakeholders professionally
High ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple roles and timelines in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as in a team
Pro-active and problem-solving attitude; Eager to learn and grow

Pune (Wakad), Maharashtra.
Work Schedule & Work Arrangement
Work Days: Monday to Friday + 1st Saturday of the month
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Work Mode: Full time from Office
